1、 The binding tube indicator light is flashing
Reason: The binding tube has been used up or the remaining tubes are not enough for binding.
Operation: Insert the tube extractor into the binding tube insertion port, insert it into the remaining tube, remove the remaining tube, and insert a new tube.
Attention: When inserting the binding tube, be sure to insert the tube to the bottom!
2、 Reason for the flashing of the protective cover indicator light: The protective cover is not fully lowered (for safety reasons, the machine does not move when the protective cover is opened).
Operation: Lower the protective cover and turn off the protective cover light before operating the machine.
3、 The protection indicator light flashes when the drilling tool is overloaded during the drilling process of the machine.
Reason: It may be due to the mixing of metal objects in the binding material, abnormal operation causing chip blockage, and dull drilling edge.
Operation: Open the protective cover, remove the drill bit, use a cutter to remove the paper scraps inside the drill bit, check for metal foreign objects in the paper and remove them, grind or replace the drill bit.
In the following situations, please replace the drill: ① If the drill is damaged; ② The total length of the drill blade after wear is less than 83.5 millimeters.
4、 The reason for the flashing of the riveting indicator light may be: ① Excessive accumulation of paper scraps in the chip box at the bottom of the machine; ② Paper scraps block the drilled holes, preventing the rivet needle from rising to the working position and completing the riveting work; ③ The drill blade is not fully inserted into the bottom of the drill blade shaft sleeve, resulting in the drill blade being too long; ④ Paper displacement (hole position movement) after drilling and before riveting; ⑤ Other situations
a、 There is a tube on one side of the binding material. The remaining length of the tube is insufficient for binding. It should be removed, checked for any remaining binding tubes inside the paper, and operated again.
b、 There are tubes on both sides of the binding material. The remaining tube was not removed before inserting the new tube. Remove it, check if there is still a binding tube inside the paper, and repeat the operation.
c、 Leave a binding tube on the rivet pin. After drilling and cutting the pipe, the riveting action was not completed, resulting in the binding pipe remaining on the rivet pin.
d、 If paper scraps adhere to the upper rivet head located on the lower side of the paper pressing arm, use tweezers to remove them.
