1. Do not touch the drill cutter or place hands under the drill cutter / paper‑pressing board while the machine is running.
2. Turn off the power switch when installing or removing the drill cutter to prevent injury caused by mis‑operation.
3. The drill cutter gets extremely hot during drilling. Do not touch its surface to avoid scalds. Allow the cutter to cool down before replacement.
4. If the drill cutter retracts automatically without punching through paper, remove the cutter for chip cleaning, sharpening or replacement.
5. Avoid re‑punching at pre‑drilled or pre‑bound positions, otherwise chip clogging may occur.
6. Keep proper spacing between binding holes. Too small spacing will affect hot‑mold forming of binding tubes.
7. Rotate the special rubber pad by 60° after approx. 50 punching cycles. Replace the special rubber pad after one full rotation. Do not use ordinary rubber pads or other substitutes! 8. Clean the chip‑collection box at machine bottom regularly. Paper chip accumulation may cause machine failure.
