Widely used for binding financial vouchers, bills, account pages, reports, archives, periodicals, documents, drawings, examination papers and books in banks, securities firms, insurance companies, telecom operators, schools, government agencies and enterprises.
Binding Machine Precautions
1. Install the handle: Fit the supplied handle onto the right‑side square shaft of the binding machine (pay attention to the working angle of the handle), then tighten with locking screw.
2. Paper quantity: Follow the paper‑capacity specification in each model’s manual. Do not overload. Overloading may cause the following problems:
① Handle cannot be pressed down, paper feeding blocked, punching failure.
② Uneven margin, paper corner curling.
③ Square shaft distortion, shortened machine service life.
3. Paper margin adjustment: Margin size depends on coil diameter.
Operation: Adjust the scale via the adjusting screw rod at machine rear to set margin.
Rule: Larger coil diameter → larger paper margin; smaller coil diameter → smaller paper margin.
4. Punching operation steps:
① Align paper neatly, lean against positioning block, feed paper flat into machine until it stops.
② Hold paper with left hand, press handle down with right hand until blade cuts through paper, then lift handle back up.
③ Take out punched paper steadily with both hands. If paper sticks, press handle down and lift fully again to release paper.
5. Wire‑O binding procedure:
Select proper‑size coil according to paper quantity. Push handle upward slowly to open the coil. Insert punched paper onto coil teeth. Pull handle backward slowly to let all coil teeth go through paper holes. Pull handle to full stroke to close coil, binding finished.
